Android KitKat first appeared in the Google Nexus 5 which was released in India few days back. After that Motorola Moto X got this update and became the first non Nexus device to get this. The Finnish smartphone maker-Nokia successfully launched its Windows 8 tablet  - Nokia Lumia 2520 on Verizon Wireless starting at $399 for 2-years contract. Tablet features massive full HD 10.1-inch clear black IPS display and comes with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processors clocked at 2.2GHz. RAM is 2GB which is more than enough keeping in regards that Windows operating system is extremely lightweight and does not offer much load over the device.

Android KitKat 4.4 OTA update is just few yards away from Nexus 4

Verizon MOTO X to get android KitKat update : First non Nexus device to get it

Here it is. Motorola MOTO X on verizon became the first smartphone to get the Android KitKat update. Did you noticed one thing? None of the previous Nexus device got this update but MOTO X was the luckiest. Even the Nexus 4 didn't get the Android version 4.4 update which was earlier predicted to get this update at the earliest.
