After so many days of wait and enthusiasm, Google has finally made the official entry of both new Nexus devices in India - Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 tablet 2013 edition. The whole information was also tweeted by Google Nexus page on Twitter. Along with India, Hong Kong also got the devices officially in their country on their Play Store.
Google Nexus 5 in India
Google Nexus 5 is priced at Rs. 28,999 for 16 GB model and Rs. 32,999 for 32 GB model. Two color variants are available - White and Black. Nexus 5 comes with Android KitKat 4.4 and has the best features available in any Nexus device. Nexus 5 has 5-inch full HD display, quad-core 2.26 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB RAM. Nexus 5 supports 4G/LTE networks and has other connectivity features like Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, NFC (Near Field Communication). Nexus 5 also supports wireless charging.
Google Nexus 7 tablet - 2013 edition also official in India through Play Store
This was the deal that most of the Indians were waiting for much earlier than the Nexus 5 deal. But Google made both Nexus 5 and New Nexus 7 available in India at the same time. New Nexus 7 tablet is different from the previous one in many respects. It features a gorgeous full-HD 7.02-inch display having pixel density of 323 pixels per inch. Powering under its back panel is quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor along with 2 gigabytes of RAM. For better graphics and smoother animations, it also features Adreno 320, 420 MHz processor.
Nexus 7 2013 edition comes with Android Jelly Bean version 4.3, but we make assure that soon it will be updated to Android KitKat 4.4. But before any Google device (I mean Nexus) get this update, Motorola Moto X has already rolled out the update for its Verizon Wireless version.
