PD233 Pocket Photo Printer now in India

LG few days back made an entry into pocket friendly printer segment in India by launching its much awaited device PD233. It is pocket friendly, fits easily in one hand and prints 2 X 3 inches photos that are just perfect for watching and sharing. 

Cost : 14,990 INR

Cost of 30 inkless papers : 1090 INR

This micro printer uses ZINK technology where device prints photos using inkless papler technology. They called it Zink which eliminates the need of expensive ink cartridges. 

Device has an additional functionality of printing QR Codes, where user can preserve them for future access as this inkless paper lasts very long, according to LG. PD233 comes with inkless papers and extra papers can be purchased by spending 1090 INR for 30 papers. 

Huawei expanding its horizons in India

Huawei, Chinese technology giant has now strong plans for settling up deeply in India. Huawei is now more closer to its users base in India by opening a technology club in India where all technology enthusiasts can go and  have face to face interaction with Huawei engineers, discuss their problems with them, get product and service information and can also get online content.

At the launch, Wilson Wang said that, at starting they will focus more on explaining their EMOTION UI to the people, an android based interface installed in Huawei smartphones. This is their first tech club outside China. They said it was very necessary to increase collaboration with huge user base in India. They also added that Huawei Technology club will also conduct regular visits in colleges and tech events across the country to promote more and more interaction with new users. They will promote them to be a part of their tech club and enjoy Huawei services in India without any worry. 

This was very nice step from the company perspective as it can boost their smartphone sale as India being the third largest smartphone consumer in the world.

Samsung Galaxy S4 : In 2 more colors

Samsung Galaxy S4 is now available in two more colors in Taiwan. It has now got Purple Mirage and Pink Twilight colors but only in Taiwan. Company may launch these colorful S4s in other parts of the world but it is not sure. 

One thing to give attention is that why this has been done? Is it a market strategy to attract more consumers of particular age segment who tends to love this color? Whatever it is, the trick is surely working on people, especially girls.
