K-900 is Lenovo manufactured, Intel's processor based smartphone launched few weeks back. It simply means that processor under its hood is Intel's processor specially designed for smartphone to handle multitasking and daily tasks as effectively as its old rivals were doing and in some cases even better that those. Slim design, metallic body and light weight are some of the eye catching features of this phone. Let us have a deeper look at this device.
Starting from its hardware, first thing I noticed is its amazing slim metallic design with 4 screws beautifully used at the back side of this device to open and repair the phone if needed. It is surely one of the slimmest phone out in the market right now. Intel's logo at the bottom of its back panel looks amazing all together with the Lenovo branding above it near rear camera. Speakers are too at the bottom of the back and have impressive quality both with and without headsets. Overall build quality is very impressive and phone feels really rigid and solid while using with no major problems of heating of the device while using too much.

Front of the phone is completely made up of Corning gorilla glass 2 which prevents it from getting scratches easily but still requires little care with too sharp items. After all nothing in this world is 100% accurate. At the top left of the phone we have 2 MP camera with bunch of sensors like proximity, light sensor. Sensors have no problem and works decently both indoors and outdoors. Front facing camera is too capable of recording videos at 1080 p. Ear piece is placed exactly in the middle part of the front top panel and performs very well both in noisy and noiseless environment. It is really louder for good voice quality.
Another important feature is its 16 GB of internal storage with an option for expandable memory using SD card up to 32 GB. I always insists everybody to buy an android device with high internal storage because it the space where all your apps reside. Even if you move your apps to SD card (external storage), some part of it remains in internal storage. Also your pre-installed apps occupy a major portion of that storage and unfortunately you cannot uninstall those apps without rooting. So guys please take care of that as I don't want you to waste your hard earned money. Ohh.. I forgotten, we were talking about Lenovo K 900. Let us continue that now.

Another important thing I want to discuss here is its interface. Lenovo has played a lot with stock android that Google provided. Its android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system is fully transformed into very different type of OS. Right from the lock screen we can see that change. another change noticed is in its icon pack. We have round shape icons and folders are little bit changed. Three touch sensitive buttons are just the same except the shape of home button is customized by Lenovo.
At last, I would say that device is really a good choice for its price category and stands out really well with its tough competitors. Intel's Dual core 2 GHz Atom Z2580 is very powerful and handles all heavy tasks smoothly. You can check its benchmark results to know its real capabilities.
