Xiaomi, China's sixth largest smartphone manufacturer, started making and selling smartphones from 2011. Now just after two years, company has reached goals bigger than one would have expected.

Company's strategy of selling high specs smartphones at very affordable cost is working like charm, allowing it to nearly double its funding to $10 Billion as comapred to $4 Billion in june, last year.
It is also interesting to note that company has surpassed Blackberry in terms of total fundings. Company has collected nearly double the fundings collected by Blackberry so far.
