LG unveiled its super smartphone, LG G2, today at 11 am. This was one of the greatest smartphones to be launched this year, 2013. This big device, probably a phablet from LG has the most powerful specs present in any smartphone till date. It is clear right from the time it was launched today. Photos displaying LG G2 with Samsung Galaxy S4 came to web, maybe for having a comparison between two smartphones.
Looking at the specs of the smartphone from a japanese website, this smartphone is truly a big player in terms of both hardware and software. With a 5.5 inches Full HD IPS display having resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. It has 2GB of RAM with world's most powerful processor, Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz Quad-Core processor. Despite of such strong specifications, this masterpiece is just 8.9 mm thick with light weight.
In terms of camera, phone is loaded with a 13 Million pixel rear facing camera, which can take really great shots. LG has disappointed us with its battery capacity. It is powered by a 2610 mAh battery which will last a little longer than a day for normal usage of this device. We were expecting battery capacity to be near 3500 mAh, so that it could last for little more than one and a half day.
Android version 4.2.2, Jelly Bean, comes preloaded with this phone and it is expected that version 4.3 updates will be rolling out for this device in the months to come. Its extremely thin bezels have the most eye-catching factor. Lock and volume rocker buttons are also placed well for better handling of this device. Source
