Samsung to begin Galaxy S5 production in January, 2014 with flexible display and grand specifications

A Korean website reported that Samsung will begin manufacturing of its most anticipated smartphone, Galaxy S5, around January next year following mass production from March-April.  Samsung Galaxy S5 has really got some potential to compete or even beat the iPhone 5S of Apple. Rumors are tempting that it will feature a flexible 5-inch Active Matrix OLED (AMOLED) display, 3 GB RAM, Samsung's own Exynos 6 chip with 64-bit architecture. Rear camera will be 16 Megapixel having expected OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) technology, which is again a rumor.


Samsung will be releasing the phone with Android KitKat-4.4. Samsung's touch viz is definitely going to change the look and feel of stock Android KitKat, which you have seen in the Nexus 5 or any other Nexus device.

Some of the another rumors are making out their way to leak more and more specs of the flagship device. They suggest Galaxy S5 having NFC (Near Field Communication), removable back cover, wireless charging, 4000 mAh capacity battery which will be enough taking into regard the less power consumption of Samsung's latest Exynos 6 chip.

Galaxy Gear 2 launch is also expected to happen along with the launch of Samsung Galaxy S5. If correctly rumored, Gear 2 will be 15% to 20% thinner making it more convenient to use. Moreover it will work with Galaxy S5 and support much more compatible features like games, deep syncing, health care apps
