Android KitKat -4.4 update for Unlocked HTC One starts rolling out from today

All HTC One unlocked version owners and developer editions owners, HTC has brought a good news for you today morning as they have started rolling out Android KitKat update for HTC One unlocked version. If still not get the update you can go to settings then About Phone and last Phone Update for manually checking for updates. Checkout the official tweet by HTC USA that made this news go global.
We shared this news in our previous post that HTC has sent KitKat code to Google and now Google will decide the date for update.

HTC One will get many new features of Android KitKat-4.4 like much lighter operating system, which is one of the biggest update Android KitKat received from Google. You will also get improved notification bar, new lock screen, redesigned icons and a transparent menu bar (all this will come along with Android KitKat update if HTC Sense doesn't make much changes to it. ).
