LG can start selling its first curved phone - LG G Flex in South Korea from the next week according to android authority website. This will be the second curved smartphone to be launched after Samsung's Galaxy Round which is no different from this phone. LG G Flex features a 6-inch 720p flexible screen, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM and 13 MP rear facing camera.
Since this phone is making its debut in South Korea next week, you must be very enthusiast to know about its pricing. LG G Flex will cost $940 which is really a very hefty amount for a smartphone technology that is very new and still has to be proved. We recommend you to not to spend your money with this phone but wait and watch for initial response from big tech geeks and then take your decision.
According to LG, Orange will be selling the phone in France from this December. Pricing of the locked handset has not yet been revealed. Also other countries like Europe will be soon entering the list of countries where LG's curved smartphone will launch.
The race for the best curved smartphone has become even more interesting when Apple entered the race to join Samsung and LG. Apple is rumored to be working on a bigger, curved iPhone which might be the next iPhone of the company launching near the end of 2014. Anyway that is still a rumor. Now tell us-will you buy LG G Flex as your first curved smartphone with too much raised price tag? OR you prefer going on with simple flat screen smartphones?
