Computer experts say that using keyboard shortcuts are 60% faster than usual working with mouse and its better to use keyboard shortcuts as you'll end up working before than you usually take. Here are some of the shortcuts that can enhance your browsing speed. These shortcuts are can be used in popular browsers like chrome, Internet explorer, Firefox and Opera.

These shortcuts are basically the functionality of browsers you use during internet browsing like

  • Moving quickly between tabs.
  • Opening a new tab.
  • Reopening a tab you just closed.
  • Zooming in.
  • Better scrolling.
  • Fast find
and we'll talk of the shortcuts to use these functionalities.

Moving quickly between tabs:
You can move between opened tabs in browser through  (Control-Tab) as working in multiple tabs is more easier than multiple windows and you can move easily to each and every tab with the use of keys  control-tab.

Opening a new tab:
While browsing you can open a new tab by using (Control-T). Pressing Control -T multiple times will open multiple tabs.

Reopening a tab you just closed:
Sometime you are browsing at a pace and by mistake you closed a tab and it's really frustrating to see history and open it.Now you can open it directly by pressing (Control-Shift-T).

Zooming in:
Sometime you need to see in detail of some part of a webpage like while you are using google maps, you need to focus at some part and need zooming of that part. You can do it by using (Control +). Similarly you can zoom out by using (Control -).

Better scrolling:
Sometime while browsing you reach to a page which is very long and using browser scroll bar through mouse look sometime very tedious and you can scroll down one frame by using (Spacebar) and again for going one frame up ,you can use (Shift-Spacebar).

Fast find:
Sometime when you are in hurry to find some specific within a page, you can use (Control-F). It creates a search bar on top right and typing word into it will find the occurrence of that word within page.Clicking on arrow key on right of search bar will highlight the next occurrence in page.
