SkyDrive on Xbox One

Well here is the news that we are talking about. The Windows Blog tweeted today about the arrival of SkyDrive on Xbox which will enable streaming your photos and videos saved on SkyDrive to your HDTV via Xbox One. Xbox One will be available starting from Nov. 22 on the same day when AT&T will launch the Windows tablet - Lumia 2520.

The SkyDrive app will make use of all the latest technologies available on the console. Like opening and closing the photos or videos can be controlled through gestures and voice, which will be a great fun to do. Moreover pictures and videos can be opened from different channels in the One Guide along with the music in the background using Xbox Music. You will be able to do all these stuff on your TV. Just imagine how much fun it is going to be, because everything in still with you on your cloud storage media, SkyDrive.

Some of the voice commands to control SkyDrive on Xbox One were seen on the blog from Windows blog. For example once you setup your Xbox One console and want to get started, just say 'Xbox: Bing SkyDrive' and to launch the SkyDrive app on your TV via Xbox just say 'Xbox: Go to SkyDrive'. More commands will be out when the console will be available bringing more control features on the Xbox One for SkyDrive app.

This video from Windows Blog will take to through the initial experience of the app running on the Xbox on a TV.

One another fantastic feature we noticed is the ability of the Xbox One console to record live videos of games you are playing. Later those video clips can be shared on the Xbox Live and now with the SkyDrive on Xbox, those videos can be saved onto your SkyDrive app from where sharing on other social networks in much easier. So what will you do with your Xbox one and SkyDrive app when you will use them for the very first time? Tell us in the comments section below.
