Samsung is reported to be working in the final stages of its next generation of mobile processors, Samsung Exynos 5430 SOC. This new processor is to be designed using the new 64-bit architecture to produce minimum heat and thus increase the efficiency many folds. This new processor is highly expected to be installed first on the Samsung's latest flagship device, Galaxy S5.
There are reports that also suggest that the new architecture and design of the chip will allow the manufacturers to use DDR4 memory in the device, which will definitely be a great edge if things have to be ahead of Apple, keeping in mind their own 64-bit A7 processor installed in the iPhone 5S.
If other aspects of the new iPhone 5S are compared such as the inclusion of the coprocessor - M7 in the smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S5 will be having a better image processing chip and optics to enhance the image quality by increasing the optical image stabilization and improved metal enclosure.
