This is a 5.9-inch wide device having 217 grams of weight making it one of the biggest and the heaviest smartphone in the market right now. Another surprise from HTC this time is the inclusion of Fingerprint sensor at the back panel of the phone below the camera. This is pretty amazing job by HTC as it become the second company after Apple to include a fingerprint sensor in a smartphone. In terms of specs this smartphone is no less than its other rivals. It features a quad-core 1.7 GHz Qualcomm snapdragon 600 processor along with 2 GB of RAM which is something that disappointed us so far about this phone. Its competitors like Samsung Note 3 have 3 GB of RAM. Anyway this can be neglected when other features of this smartphone comes forward. This smartphone will work on all type of networks - 2G / 2.5G / 3G (UMTS-HSPA) / 3G (CDMA) / and 4G LTE.
HTC claims that a simple swipe no the fingerprint sensor at the back will launch your favorite apps and at the same time can also be sued to unlock the smartphone. But things are not working in the way HTC supposed them to work. Sensor is not detecting the scans properly, as finger has to be swiped 2-3 times for proper scanning and detection.
In terms of camera quality, HTC One max is equally good as HTC One. HTC Ultrapixel camera is performing very well with HTC Zoe featuring best part of the camera. This time HTC included dual-capture mode allows the user to include its own image in the frame you are capturing. This is very popular with Samsung who started its first in their smartphones. Also HTC Boom sound is the best sound you can get from a hand help device, particularly a smartphone. Beats audio improves the sound quality to such a level where nothing can get better than this at this stage.

Sometimes you may feel that you are making the camera lens dirt whenever you try to swipe on the fingerprint sensor. Gradual use of the phone will cause damage on the lens of the camera as by that time your finger must have touched there many times.
HTC One Max comes with the feature of expandable memory slot where you can put a Micro SD card up to 64 GB of size. Back panel is removable, but its 3,300 mAh battery is not accessible. SD card is installed by removing the back cover and putting it into the card slot at the bottom of the device.In terms of connectivity options, this smartphone is NFC enabled, have bluetooth 4.0, WiFi connectivity, DLNA for wirelessly streaming media from phone to TV or computer.
