You all must have read about Motorola's MOTO X customization methods in our previous report on 2000 ways to customize your MOTO X. Now its time to see what this phone can do. Briefly telling, this phone has nothing to impress tech geeks in the year of 2013. Specs are far behind from some of the very high end smartphone we got this year.

Talking about the hardware, this smartphone has a 4.7 inches AMOLED screen with 720 pixel resolution. Other hardware details include its fully customizable body where almost every tangible part can be customized by the user at the product website. Whether it is ring around the rear camera, color of front and back panel of the phone or a personalized message to engraved at the back of it, everything can be personalized by you. See how?

Phone is packed with a 10 MP rear camera which is capable of recording videos at 1080 pixels at 30fps. We were expecting something better from Motorola or you can say Google, but at an affordable price this is negotiable. Front camera has 2 MP resolution which is also capable of recording 1080p HD videos.

Another fallback is its Android version, which we were expecting to be at least version 4.3 (The new Jelly Bean). But unfortunately, Motorola has installed Android version 4.2.2 in it, rather disappointing. We expect the update to launch soon once phone rolls out for sale. It has 2GB of RAM which is just enough for your daily tasks and HD Gaming with mediocre benchmark results.

One thing that brought smile on our faces was its internal memory options, 16/32GB which is certainly a strong part of it. Adding to it, phone users will get 50GB of free cloud storage on Google Drive, a massive space on digital world.

Other features include Bluetooth 4.0 support, mobile hotspot, 4G/LTE connectivity and HSPA speeds up to 42mbps. It can be controlled by voice by not even touching it. Watch the video at the bottom of this post for more information (video by Motorola, from Motorola site). Phone is powered by a 2200mAh battery which will last little longer than a day with normal phone usage (expected, not sure). Source Website.
