Nokia is rumored to launch a big tablet in the months to come. Maybe a 10.1 inches display with powerful specs to compete current tablet kings. With Google and Apple currently having the maximum span in the market, Nokia has to come up with a product with something extraordinary about it or maybe everything.

Nokia given it the name Sirius, which is expected to have:

1. Quad-core Qualcomm  8974 processor
2. 6.7 MegaPixel rear facing camera with Carl Zeiss optics
3. A 2 MP camera at the front of the device
3. 10.1 inches, 1920 by 1080 pixel resolution IPS display.
4. Micro SD card in addition to the in-built 32GB storage. Thanks to Nokia, if this is really true. A micro Sd card is very necessary to keep media files and backup of our phone. In case phone goes dead, it can be used to get back the data.
5. Micro HDMI connector, micro USB port

In terms of battery life, device is expected to run at least for 10 hours, if used under normal conditions.

Why Nokia priced it too high?
If rumors are correct, the device is going to cost you $499, a real big amount for first ever tablet by Nokia. You can easily get a powerful android or iOS enabled tablet in this range, then why would you pay so high that too for a Windows RT tablet? Will you buy one?

Do you know that beta Facebook app is now available for Windows Phone 8? Download it now!

  1. Nokia also announced in a blog post that it is extending its DVLUP developer rewards initiative. Nokia is now encouraging windows app development.. I recently came across a link to their new developers program which goes by the name of DVLUP, and is basically fr windows app developers & Students.. For details u can go through: http://www.regengine.com/strack/dvlup180

This type of step from Nokia is not only better fr Microsoft to stay in the mobile market game but also very useful fr the mobile app development students.. Right now, there are a lot of resources available online to help with Windows Phone development from a technical perspective nd with this program students can earn exciting rewards & compete with others, and maybe even meet some folks to collaborate with….
